Pairing the rich and complex flavours of Asian cuisine together with a cocktail can be quite a daunting task for the uninitiated. So, our bar manager has studied our menus carefully to concoct this drinks menu to further enhance and complement our dishes’ flavours for you.
Introducing the initial four flavours prepared to give your palette a time to admire and remember:
Yuzu Toki. A robust yet smooth base of Suntory Toki Whiskey blended with the floral elegance of Choya Yuzu Liqueur and gently warmed with hints of honey, ginger and lemon.
Apple Mojo. The citrus of Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is energised with refreshing apple, mint, and cucumber notes.
Monk’s Mojito. The herbal aroma of the Green Chartreuse and Vietnamese mint, with a finishing spark of lime & sugar that takes you pondering through the streets of Hanoi.
Pan-Dram-Ic Affogatto: A sweet, velvety entry of Drambuie Whiskey Liqueur dances with the comfort of Espresso Coffee and, finally, a frosted finish of Pandan Ice Cream.
The cocktail flight is available for $60 to be paired with any of our three banquet menus.
