How do I redeem gift cards purchased before the closure?
If you have a Red Spice Road gift card that has yet to be redeemed, you can provide some details about the card here so we can check our records and let you know your next steps. As a measure of goodwill, we will be honouring unredeemed purchased gift cards (not marketing vouchers) for 6 months from reopening; for bookings on Wednesdays and Thursdays only.
Where can I purchase a Red Spice Road Gift Card?
You can purchase a gift card online here at the “Vouchers” tab of our website The gift card will be emailed directly to you (or the recipient) within a couple of hours.
When can I book?

Are you accepting 3rd Party Gift Vouchers (eg. Restaurant Choice Gift Card, Best Restaurant Gift Card, Good Food Gift Card, Gourmet Traveler Gift Card)?
We will NOT be accepting gift vouchers from any third-party organisation. However, you can purchase a Red Spice Road gift card here.
