It’s time again for Red Spice Road’s Head Chef to dazzle you with his inventive and delicious creations. For the last time in 2017, Dylan will design a delectable menu of unique dishes not available on our regular menu, inspired by balmy Asian summers. These creations will go beyond what you’d normally find at Red Spice Road, combining unique techniques and flavour combinations, delivering something truly spectacular.
