There’s nothing quite like an aromatic and warming curry on a chilly winter’s eve, but sometimes the process of pounding your own ingredients and putting everything together can be a daunting task – so you opt for the packaged or jarred kind! Well, Red Spice Road’s Head Chef, Dylan McCormack, is here to help you create soul-warming curries that you can cook at home to heat up the entire family.
Be guided through the basics of the sauce base, get involved in the smashing and grinding of spices and aromatics & lend a hand in preparing the sauce itself by way of this interactive (and fun) cooking class. After working up an appetite, you’ll then get to devour a 4-course lunch showcasing the curries you have just learnt how to prepare. Delicious!
